A Brief Introduction

Endeavoring to define myself outside of a "job title." I'm a nomad of sorts who fell in love with technology, activism, and helping others. I run a web & media consulting firm, have a blog specifically for activists & non-profits, and travel often. I love talking about theology, politics, and social change. I love doing something about it even more. I also like to be a well-rounded and fully present person. That's why I write here. Connect with me on twitter

At Year's End

A year ago yesterday I posted my first blog entry here. I had only recently decided to join the 2007 Soulforce Equality Ride and a few days later I would set out for training in Austin, TX.

I feel as if I should come up with some fun "2007 In Review" type entry but I worry nothing I write could possibly do it justice. So many things have changed in my life, yet in many ways I feel very much the same as I always have been. 2007 was certainly the most unexpected year of my life and I hope that 2008 brings just as many adventures!

I have no doubt that you will find many ways to make 2008 a productive and meaningful year both for yourself and for the gay community.

Cheers!

Oh you couldn't come up with a best of 2007 list? I got some... Hotel room in Minneapolis after the Ride; The Saloon (or whatever the name of that place is) in Minneapolis; Saratoga Springs, Lake Placid, that burgandy van and the haunted mansion. Oh there's lots more, but I'll stop.

Happy New Year, Brian.

You need not write a review, your entries have already said it all rather wonderfully.
